1. Management of rural development and panchayat raj in DK and Bellary dists. 2. District magistrate and Dist administration in the dist of Chickmagalur, Raichur and DK dists. 3. Industrial management in KSDL, B’lore. Introduction of E-procurement. 4. Disaster management in revenue dept in the 2009, which witnessed one of the worst floods for the last 100 years in state of Karnataka. Drought management in 2009. 5. Introduction of E-stamping in the dept of Stamps and Registration. 6. Introduction of comprehensive amendment to the mujrai act for effective management of mujrai institutions in state of Karnataka. 7. Introduction of 'citizen centers' to address the public grievances in Bangalore City Corporation (BBMP). 8. Introduction of GIS and MIS for property tax assessment in BBMP. 9. Implementation of World Bank aided Chitravathy Watershed development program through DLDB. 10.Introduction of comprehensive amendment to co-operative act as per the recommendation of Vaidyanathan committee and also the implementation of interest subsidy scheme to the farmers and farmers health insurance scheme (Yashaswini). 11. Formation of 1.5 lakh co-operative self-help groups for sustainable development of families. Introduction of IT enabled public information system through telephone. 12.Implementation of Rural housing scheme, to ensure the smooth flow of funds through “Just in Time” funds released to beneficiaries through electronic transfer of funds. Housing activities are monitored through extensive use of IT. 13.The” kaushalya Shale” was started to improve the skills of the construction workers from masons to architects. 14.Introduction of effective water distribution system in the irrigated areas of Raichur dist. 15.Time-bound implementation of International airport project in Mangalore, DK dist. 16.Establishment of IT Park near Mangalore.
