 (WORKING PATTERN)

      This section mainly deals with matters pertaining to disciplinary cases where Commission’s opinion  under   KCS(CCA) Rules, 1957, Rule 214 of the KCSRs and Promotion from one class of service to another in state civil services under the KCS(Regulation of Pay, Promotion and Pension) Act,1973 is sought by the State Government  under the KPSC(Consultation) Regulations, 2000.  

      To facilitate  expeditious disposal of proposals involving disciplinary and promotional cases, concerned departments of Government are required to furnish documents / information in the check list as prescribed in the Government Circular dated 27^th August 1999(Please see Annexure- A).  

       The other items of work carried out in this section are:-   

1.      Preparation of Annual Report of the Commission,

2.      Furnishing information for Half Yearly News letter published by the UPSC;

3.      Correspondence  with other  State PSCs and Organisations on matters of mutual interest;
